Adam Blanch
Psychologist and Director
I have been a registered psychologist since 2013. Prior to this I was a psychotherapist, among other things, studying and employing over 40 different approaches, though I no longer use most of them.
These days I employ a range of treatment modalities including

Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)
Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)
Narrative Therapy
Emotion Focused Therapy
Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFST)
Timeline Therapy

I also work as a writer, speaker, trainer and program designer with a strong focus on trauma, complex trauma and personality disorders.

"I am passionate about empowering people to achieve their dreams and live their best lives. As much as I love helping people at the individual level, its slow going if you want to make a difference in the world. I love being able to teach people the skills of creating effective change and healing".
